Customer service mode
HelpChat customer service mode is for organizations that serve outside customers. Accounts have two roles: operator accounts and customer accounts.
1. Roles
| Role | Description |
|---|---|
| Operator account | An account for the operator's own staff, who handle customer inquiries |
| Customer account | An account for the operator's customers, created by registration or by the operator |
2. Account registration
All newly registered accounts have the customer role. The operator can change a customer account to an operator account in the web admin console.
3. Enable customer service mode
Change the run mode in the configuration file config/helpchatsvr.ini:

run_mode in the [runtime] section to 1 (operations mode). The service will then use the db_market database. Restart the service for the change to take effect.
