Windows client

Install and use the HelpChat desktop client on Windows.

1. Supported systems

Windows 7 / 8 / 10 / 11 (32-bit or 64-bit), and Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019, 2022 and others.

Download the latest Windows client installer from the website and double-click it to run the setup wizard.

Start the client, set the server IP address on the login screen, and log in with your account and password.

Companies can distribute a custom installer with the server address and company logo built in. See Build a custom client.
