Install and use HelpChat on iOS and Android devices.

Installation
Download the HelpChat mobile app from the website or an app store. After installing, open the app, set the server address on the login screen and log in.
Message notifications
To make sure new message notifications arrive while the screen is off, see Mobile notifications.
Tip
Apple devices receive push notifications without any extra setup. Some Android devices may need Google services framework installed.
