macOS client

Install and use the HelpChat desktop client on macOS.

Supported systems

macOS 10.12 and later, on both Intel and Apple Silicon (M1/M2/M3) Macs.

Installation

Download the .dmg installer from the website, open it and drag the HelpChat icon into the Applications folder.

Start HelpChat from the Applications folder, then enter the server address, your account and password on the login screen.
