Linux client

Install and use the HelpChat client on Ubuntu and on the Chinese UOS and Kylin desktop systems.

1. Ubuntu x64 desktop

If double-clicking the .deb package does not install it, open a terminal and run:

bash

sudo dpkg -i HelpChat_Linux_12.x.x.deb

If the client does not start properly, go to the installation directory and start it manually:

bash

cd /opt/HelpChat/
./helpchat --no-sandbox

The HelpChat Linux client supports both x64 and ARM64 architectures. Choose the package that matches your hardware.
