Software

HelpChat Server and the HelpChat clients can be downloaded from this site. The Free edition can be used without payment and without a user limit.

Licenses

An Enterprise or Market license is perpetual and paid once. The price shown on the pricing page is the amount charged.

Each license has one serial number. The license file (license.dat) is issued for one server, identified by its machine fingerprint. When you move to new hardware you can issue a new license file from your account page; the previous one is replaced.

Your account

Keep access to the email address you sign in with. Licenses and orders are tied to it.

Your data

Data on your HelpChat server is yours and stays on your machines. You are responsible for backing it up.
